My Little Library began as a small idea during the global pandemic and has grown into a community hub for Islamic learning, connection and belonging. We’re incredibly grateful to have been recognised for the work we do with whānau, schools and our wider community. From supplying books to schools and running programmes for young people, to creating spaces where Muslims can see themselves reflected in stories, their journey is one of purpose beyond business.Saadiyah and Taslim share the intentions behind what they do, the challenges they’ve faced, and how their work extends into service, charity, and dawah — reaching both Muslim and non-Muslim communities alike. At its heart, this is a story about building something meaningful, and the impact that can have on future generations.
